Cannot open old models

Hello, I am trying to open one of my old models and I get the following error. The model might have been moved from one folder to another.

An error occurred while loading the specified file. A default file will be created.

Can you please clarify what is going on and how to fix it. It seems like a bug. Thank you.

It's the HDF5 library that is complaining about the File Accessibility.
There could be many reasons for that.

• The file does not exist
• The file is open by another process that is preventing STKO from opening it
• You don't have read access to the Dropbox folder (I don't think this is the case...)

Try to copy the file to another location and let us know if you can open it.

When I copy it to Desktop it works. I am confused because all my files are in Dropbox and I used to be able to open this file from Dropbox. The only thing that changed is that I reorganized some folders and moved this file from one Dropbox folder to thr other. It seems like there is nothing we can do to address this. Thanks for clarifying.

I don't know if in the new folder, you have generic accessibility restrictions.
Try to open the *.SCD file with the python library h5py (which used HDF5) and let's see if it also shows the same error
