Dynamic analysis doesn't run

Hello,
i ran my analysis by setting the velocity time series as input to the bedrock. At the end of the analisys i checked the same velocity time series in the first base node but i observed some differences between input and output. I attach the graphic below:

I think it's normal. While the input is "entering" the soil from the bedrock, some reflections are coming back, so what you are measuring there are the acceleration of the input plus what is being reflected down.
You should try with a simple benchmark like a ricker wavelet, in such a way that the wave will come back after it is fully exited from the input zone
