File not opening and file displaying blank

Hello friends, I would be grateful if someone could guide me. I have a stko file that, although it is about 1MB in size, when I open it, there is nothing there and the file is empty, and I encounter the following error. Can someone guide me on how I can recover the file? Thank you.
