Analysis Error

UPDATE: I have solved the error relating to the time series and load pattern. However I am still getting warning messages for my nodes and boundary conditions. Is this something to worry about?

Hi, the warning messages indicate that you have applied the SP constraints on the nodes multiple nodes, which is to say that the second and further definition of constraints on the nodes will not be considered by the OpenSees. Please check your model for this inconsistency and fix them.

I have checked my model. Previously i had only applied conditions to faces, and not nodes or edges, so I am not sure how I could have applied multiple conditions to nodes. However I have now refined the model to apply conditions to nodes and edges and ensuring that there are no edges nodes or faces that have 2 different constraints. The model is set up as below (attached). However I am still getting the warning message. From the images attached, can you see the issue?
