I had this problem when I put run analysis,

Ar you sure you have OpenSees installed on your PC?
When you click RunAnalysis, STKO will write the TCL input files, and then it will try to run them with the active OpenSees solver (which is the one you see in the right most part of the analysis toolbar).
If you don't have any solver there, it means that you need to install opensees, and then you need to tell STKO where opensees is, using the Kits command.
On the STKO donwload page (https://asdeasoft.net/?stko-trial), after you login with your account, you will see all the instructions to do it. The first one is the easiest
