materials properties
I install the STKO and Opensees, but when I create the material "concrete" and try to use the opensees inside the STKO I have these error, also in the analysis

You have something set up wrongly.
From the last image, I see you are creating your model in a folder "exe_1" inside C:\Program Files\.... You cannot do that, since you need administrative premissions to write into those folders. Try to save your model in another location (not in C:\Program Files\...".
Regarding the error in the material tester it seems you did not install any opensees. If you followed the Portugal webinar, we explained in the first day how to set up OpenSees. Do you have a folder named "C:\OpenSees-Solvers\" ?
