Eigen analysis issue

I am performing an eigen analysis of a soil-pile system. It does not show any outcome. What does it mean?

Use a generic unsymmetric spare solver (UmfPack or SuperLU for sequential analysis). All other solvers are very specific to the problem type and if you don't know what they do don't use them.

Also, why are you using contact elements for an eigenvalue analysis? they are nonlinear elements, not suitable for eigenvalue (linear) analyses
