WARNING: numeric analysis returns 1 -- Umfpackgenlinsolver::solve

Dear STKO team,
I am trying to do masnory simulation, and STKO shows the WARNING: numeric analysis returns 1 --Umfpackgenlinsolver::solve. Could you help me to find the reason?

You are doing a 3D analysis but you assigned a Plane Stress material...
