If you want to use UniformExcitation, there is not built-in way to include the timeSeries acceleration to convert it to absolute acceleration.

The only way you have is to extract chart data, and add the time series to that in any code/program you want.

Dear STKO Team:
Thank you for your reply, I understand what you mean and thank you for your guidance. For single core solving, this is a good approach. But for multi-core solving, the workload will become huge. It is anticipated that, in the future, the STKO software's post-processing of node information will include a new feature to extract the absolute acceleration.
Kindest regards
Ambcha

If you want, and if you have enough experience with python, you can write a simple class that takes your timeseries as an imput, and has a method like : def getValue(x), that performs a linear interpolation to give you the timeSeries value at x.
The you can follow our webinar on PythonAPI to:
  1. Extract acceleration result, and for each step:
  2. Evaluate the acceleration field
  3. get result for required nodes and add getValue(current_time)
