Dear STKO
I made an error while extracting the pier top displacement time history curve. The displacement time-history curve of the fourth node in the STKO model is inconsistent with the calculation results in opensees (the picture is in the attachment). May I ask why and how should I modify it?The code calculation results and STKO model are attached.（Only the original model was uploaded because the result file output by STKO was too large）

They should give you the same results if you built the STKO model correctly (i.e. if it matches the original pure opensees files).
