Reduce the higher stiffness and strength of the first cycles

Dear community
I'm doing numerical modelling for a precast segmental column under bidirectional loading and need to calibrate with the experimental results but the numerical model is always experiencing higher stiffness and strength in the first cycles.
Hope anyone guides me on what to do to overcome this issue I have tried to play with different parameters but didn't get a solution for that.

I have attached the hysteretic curve of force displacement: the blue curve is for the experiment and the red is for the numerical model.

There can be so many things, it's impossible to tell from a picture.
Typically:
check boundary conditions first! check your deformed shape and make sure it's deforming as expected.
then, play with material parameters
