Dear emilio,
if you run your analysis with OpenSees MP you need to partition your model, and choose a parallel numberer and Mumps solver, if you run it with OpenSees SP then you can use another solver and pick just RCM as the numberer.

dear francesca,
as you suggested I adjusted the model. Unfortunately I can't get the post processor file, now I'm attaching an image of what appears at the end of the analysis .

What can I do to get the post processor file?. thanks for your help

the post processor file is a file with the .mpco extension which is saved in the folder you picked to run your analysis in.
If you selected results to record, the file should be there.
You need to go in the post-processor interface in STKO and load the database.

unfortunately at the end of the analysis the .mpco extension file for the post processor does not appear in the chosen folder. I don't know, at this point, if it is my problem or if there is something wrong with the analysis. Could you check if the analysis generates the file? thanks a lot

Both of the analysis you defined have duration = 0, therefore you have no record of the result because there is no result. And for the eigen command if you remember well, you either need to have an analysis command after it (one that is actually running some analysis) or create a customCommand with a script saying "record" in it, otherwise it will not save you any result.

Thank you very much for your continued support, unfortunately even with the suggested changes the model fails to converge and I don't understand if it's a modeling or analysis setup problem.

Unfortunately, the analysis does not give consistent results, I have greatly simplified the model and I am attaching it, unfortunately the modal analysis reports outsized values although we have greatly simplified the model, I cannot identify the error. thanks again for the support.

If the results are not in the right order of magnitude it means units are not correct.
Did you check your units? Everything needs to be in the same unit system.

Did you check the webinars we have done on eigenvalue analysis? Open the support files, they are on the website. Analysis set up is explained there for eigenvalue analysis.

Dear Felice,
we provide assistance on the program. Modelling errors or wrong assumptions must be checked by the user.
Good luck
