The following is a list of analysis_steps errors that can occur while using STKO (Scientific Toolkit for OpenSees).

For each error, a brief description and a possible solution to resolve it is provided. In case the error is not in the list or if the proposed solution has no effect, please post in our forum.

Make sure that a timeseries path is selected.

Make sure that the timeseries for Cyclic displacement control have at least 2 values.
	AnalysesCommand	incorrect size of variables	The AnalysesCommand requires that list_value and list_Time have the same size.
Make sure that the variables list_value and list_Time have the same size.
	AnalysesCommand	incorrect size of variables	The AnalysesCommand requires that the selection set for DisplacementControl must contain 1 vertex.
Make sure that the selection set for DisplacementControl contains 1 vertex.
	AnalysesCommand	variable with incorrect value	The AnalysesCommand requires that max factor should be greater than or equal to 1.
Make sure that max factor has a value greater than or equal to 1.
	AnalysesCommand	variable with incorrect value	The AnalysesCommand requires that min factor should be between 0 (inclusive) and 1 (inclusive).
Make sure that min factor has a value between 0 (inclusive) and 1 (inclusive).
	AnalysesCommand	variable with incorrect value	The AnalysesCommand requires that max factor incr should be greater of 1.
Make sure that max factor incr has a value greater of 1.
	AnalysesCommand	variable with incorrect value	The AnalysesCommand requires that min factor incr should be between 0 (inclusive) and 1.
Make sure that min factor incr has a value between 0 (inclusive) and 1.
	integrator	incorrect or missed selection set	The integrator requires that a selection set be specified for the control node of the ParallelDisplacementControl.
Make sure that a selection set is specified for the control node of the ParallelDisplacementControl integrator.
	integrator	incorrect or missed selection set	The integrator requires that the selection set for ParallelDisplacementControl must contain 1 geometry.
Make sure that the selection set for the ParallelDisplacementControl integrator contains 1 geometry.
	integrator	incorrect or missed selection set	The integrator requires that the selection set for ParallelDisplacementControl must contain 1 vertex.
Make sure that the selection set for the ParallelDisplacementControl integrator contains 1 vertex.
	integrator	incorrect or missed selection set	The integrator requires that a selection set be specified for the control node of the DisplacementControl.
Make sure that a selection set is specified for the control node of the DisplacementControl integrator.
	integrator	incorrect or missed selection set	The integrator requires that the selection set for DisplacementControl must contain 1 geometry.
Make sure that the selection set for the DisplacementControl integrator contains 1 geometry.
	integrator	incorrect or missed selection set	The integrator requires that the selection set for DisplacementControl must contain 1 vertex.
Make sure that the selection set for the DisplacementControl integrator contains 1 vertex.
	test	unknown attribute name	Unknown attribute name for test command.
Make sure that the attribute name is one of the following: NormUnbalance, NormDispIncr, EnergyIncr, Relative Norm Unbalance Test, Relative Norm Displacement Increment Test, Total Relative Norm Displacement Increment Test, Relative Energy Increment Test, Fixed Number of Iterations.
	ASDAbsorbingBoundaryActivate	incorrect spatial dimensions	In the same file there are both 2D and 3D ASDAbsorbingBoundary elements.
Make sure that in the file there are only 2D or 3D ASDAbsorbingBoundary elements. It is not possible to mix the spatial dimensions.
	monitor	variable with incorrect value	The monitor presents an empty Custom Name.
Make sure that the Custom Name is not empty.
	monitor	no CAE document	Create at least one CAE document.
At the moment this error will never be launched (as STKO is set up).
	monitor	variable with incorrect value	The monitor presents a name that has already been used.
Make sure that the name provided is unique.
	RayleighDampingTester	Xobject is Null or has no parent component	The RayleighDampingTester presents a Null Xobject or has no parent component.
Make sure that an Analysis Step has been set.
	RayleighDampingTester	Xobject is Null or has no parent component	The RayleighDampingTester presents a Null Xobject or has no parent component.
Make sure that an Analysis Step has been set.
	RayleighDampingTester	no CAE document	Create at least one CAE document.
At the moment this error will never be launched (as STKO is set up).
	constraintPattern	no CAE document	Create at least one CAE document.
At the moment this error will never be launched (as STKO is set up).
	loadPattern	no CAE document	Create at least one CAE document.
At the moment this error will never be launched (as STKO is set up).
	loadPattern	Xobject is Null or has no parent component	The loadPattern presents a Null Xobject or has no parent component.
Make sure that an Analysis Step has been set.

Make sure that the specified directory already exists.
	MPCORecorder	variable with incorrect value	The MPCORecorder presents an empty file name.
Make sure that the file name is not empty.
	MPCORecorder	variable with incorrect value	The MPCORecorder presents a file name with invalid characters.
Make sure that the file name contains only Unicode characters.
