Isolating Solid Mesh Elements and Displaying Gauss Points in Post-Processor

Hello everyone,
I'm currently working with a finite element model and I have a question regarding post-processing. Specifically, I would like to know if it's possible to isolate individual solid elements generated from the mesh, for example, in order to extract their Gauss points. At the moment, I can see the meshed solid in the post-processor, but I'm unable to select individual mesh elements for further inspection.
This step would be useful for me to evaluate the stress state in specific sections of the model.
Additionally, is there a way to display the names or IDs of the Gauss points within each element, so that I can later reference them during the data processing phase?
Has anyone encountered this need before or can suggest a method or function to achieve this?
Thanks in advance!
