Pushover Analysis of Multistory Frame

Dear STKO Team,
I am currently working on a pushover analysis of a multistory mass timber frame structure and have encountered a few issues that I hope you can help me resolve:
When assigning a rigid diaphragm at each story and applying lateral loads, only the first story exhibits displacement, which seems incorrect. I was expecting that the structure is connected but it seems the opposite.
When I apply the lateral load only at the top story, the analysis completes and shows some results, but I am unable to clearly understand the behavior of the intermediate stories.
My objective is to evaluate the overall pushover capacity of the structure, investigate connection behavior at each story level, and assess the inter-story drift distribution.
I have attached the model for your review. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a look and advise on how to address these issues.
Thank you
