RE; Appropriate recorder for reading moments history

Hi Admin,
I am currently simulating an embedded monopile in soil elements. I am using continuum elements (SSP brick elements) to model the portion of the monopile below the mudline (box in red), while the section of the monopile above the mudline is simulated using Timoshenko beam elements. The connection at ground level between the continuum pile elements and the Timoshenko beam element is established using elastic beam-column elements. The EqualDOF method is employed to link the continuum elements (monopile) with the elastic beam-column elements. The other end of these elastic beam-column elements is then connected to the center beam, which represents the Timoshenko beam element. Could you please advise on the appropriate types of recorders to use for capturing the moment and force history of the beam elements above ground level?
