Hi STKO,
I want to get the color stress map of the fiber section (tunnel) as in the attached file. However, the colored dot is so small, I can not see the color map of the whole tunnel.
Can you please suggest any solution for this?
Thank and best regards,
Buu

Hi, Please use particle size factor, in your case: increase it.

Yeah, Thank you, 1 one question.
When I used ZerolengthASDImplex for soil-tunnel interaction. I already define Cylindical local axis and apply it to the contact element (with +Y axis point from tunnel to surrounding soil). But when I show the local axis of the contact element. It seems that the local axis was not applied correctly. as you can see in the figure. Can you check my model?
Thank for your support.

Cylindrical and Spherical local axes use the local Z as their outward normal vector. They are meant to be used in 3D models where the contact requires the local Z, not in 2D where the contact direction is the local Y.
There is a workaround:
In the attached model I:
- Scaled (2D) the structure with respect to its center of a small amount (scale factor = 0.99). This creates a small gap between master and slave
- In contact element I changed the orientation to "From Link Direction" (usable when the distance is > 0). Then I also switched on the "Rigid Gap" option, to tell OpenSees that this initial gap is not a real gap, but just a geometrical offset
