I'm modeling a concrete cylinder with a rubber pad on top & bottom faces. I would like to incline the angle of the top/bottom cylinder faces. Can I modify the cylinder shape in STKO or what is the best way to do this?

yes, please check "union" and/or "intersection" CAD commands under geometry tab
