I am trying to run a virtual Hybrid Simulation of a bridge using OpenSees and OpenFresco. I have connected a node of the beam ( beam is defined using elasticBeamColumn Element) with the top node of a column ( column is modeled using 3D fiber section). When I run the virtual Hybrid Simulation I I get the following error.

who to fix this issue?

It's a convergence problem.
You have to figure it out by yourself, there's not a unique solution.
Looking at the message you can get an idea:
Your model couldn't reach a tolerance on the displacement increment 1.0e-6 within 10 iterations (it only reached 4e-4).
Try to use more iterations, try a smaller time step, or understand why the residual error is so high (Norm deltaR: 6073.17, are you using too-stiff elements?)
