Hi, is it possible to assign distinct Rayleigh damping values to various components within a single model? For instance, I'd like to apply one set of Rayleigh damping parameters to the soil and another set to the superstructure. Kindly inform me. Thank you!

Yes, with the region command, you can optionally assign Rayleigh to that region.
Note that any Rayleigh command will override the previous ones.
So typically you would first use the standard Rayleigh command to assign global damping.
Then, you can go with the region command for those portions of the model that need different damping coefficients
