Dear STKO team,
I am a beginner of both STKO software and OpenSEES. I really like STKO because it provides convenninent modeling platform. However, when I tried to simulate concrete filled steel plate shear wall, many problems have arisen. I cannat solve them by myself so I want some suggestions.
BeamColumn elements have been used. In the free end the element is elastic, and in the fix end the elements are inelastic. For inelastic dispBeamColumn element, fiber section was set with unconfined concrete, confined concrete (both use Concrete02 material) and steel plate (use ReinforcingSteel material). Specially, the bottom element is including buckle and fatigue parameter.
The analysis is including two steps, axial load and lateral load, among which the lateral load should be displacement controlled (I need to get descending branch). I want to catch the displacement and reaction force of the top node to plot relation curves. When I tried a pushover analysis, there were convergence problems.
So I want to ask some questions:
1. How should I adjust the model to solve convergence problems in lateral load step?
2. How should I set the sp command to apply a displacement? (I find the similar setting in the 0001_fiber_column case) In fact, when I tried an simplified elastic shear wall model, it led to results not I expected (I set the value 50 but the displacement in monitor reach 100). I also tried displacement control in analysis integrater setting, but the graph in monitor appear unexpected shock.
3. If I want to set a rotation spring in the bottom, should I use ZeroLength element with a moment-curvature relation?
4. How should I set time series to conduct a cyclic analysis?
Thank you for suggestions. I have uploaded the document. It includes images used to explain (I am sorry that I do not know how to directly upload image).

1) you should set loadConst and reset time to zero after the gravity analysis, otherwise also the gravity load will be load controlled, and the horizontal force will not start from 0

2) you should monitor the reaction at the base, not at the top
