How can i calibrate the concentrate plastic hinge from experimental data?

Dear STKO Team:
i am trying to build a plane model ,it's about a three story and two bay steel frame;

but the beam section is not same along the entire beam,a damage link is insert into the beam end,and its section is somewhat like RBS,its section is reduced a lot,and there is a gap between web and upper and lower flange(this damage link is design for sepecial purpose,to fracture firstly in flange then extend to web);

if i want to incorporate Modified IMK or some other suitabale model into my zerolength element

,how can i get the parameters like elastic rotational stiffness,My from experimental data(test of monotonic and cyclic test on connection with this damage link.)

If you use any uniaxial material like the Mod IMK, in a hinge it is interpreted as a Moment-Rotation relationship.
You need experimental data on this relationship to calibrate the X-Y points of your material. Not a moment-drift like in the picture
