'nan' result in eigen analysis

Dear STKO team and other users:
I am a STKO beginner and am currently learning to use STKO for modeling and analysis.
I have a problem when learning the eigenvalue analysis, and the calculated eigenvalue result of the model is NaN.
I found in the forum that some STKO users have encountered this problem, and this problem is usually because the model structure is singular. I checked my model (to be honest, this model is very simple), but I still do not solve the problems, can anyone help me? Thanks very much.
The model and the error information was attached.
