Dear STKO Team
Today, I happened to see the attached message when I tried to log on to STKO+OpenSees software. The message displays "Your license is active on another device". I was wondering about the message because no one else except me used our STKO license! Also, I never used the license on any other device except my laptop. Kindly let me know how I can solve this issue. Thank you.

you can try to close and reopen the software.
If not you should have received an email with this text:

The company that handles our STKO licenses is currently undergoing server maintenance, and they have let us know that there may be some temporary outages or errors.
We have received several emails from users experiencing problems accessing STKO. If you receive the following error but have not attempted to install STKO on another device, please write to us at [email protected].
