This error sometimes is given and sometimes it is not. I don't understand why it happens. Opensees.exe file is in the file and imported. I can not analyse or write input files. Thanks for your help.

You either forgot to mesh, or the selection set you are using for the displacement control does not have a node. Try to redefine the selection set
