Hello,
My problem is related with the file .mpco generated when I run a model (.scd) in version 1.1, which is a model created from version 1.0. In such case, an error pops up like this:

Cannot open output database "C:/Users/galei/Desktop/Escalera basculante/Cálculo/REC2.mpco"
Error: cannot open "C:/Users/galei/Desktop/Escalera basculante/Cálculo/REC2.mpco".
Abort Command: OpenDatabase

If I do the same thing with version 1.0, I can load the database (.mpco) without problem.

On the other hand, when I installed STKO version 1.1, I could not find the folder ('C:\Program Files\STKO\opensees') with the opensees, therefore I copied this folder from version 1.0 in order to have a solver.

What can I do to solve this issue?

Dear user,

You cannot load MPCO files located in directories with special characters (in your case the invalid character is the "a" with accent in "Cálculo").
Just try to rename that folder and it will load fine.

Side note:
In the new STKO version, we do not include a pre-compiled OpenSees anymore, due to legal restrictions. However you can download a pre-compiled OpenSees (sequential) and OpenSeesMP( parallel) from the website of prof. Tarque from the PUCP university of Perù:

At the bottom of that webpage you will find a google drive link that will let you download the installer:

It is a simple Windows installer, that by default will install everything in C:\OpenSees-Solvers.
The new STKO version will detect automatically the solvers located there.
