I am modelling a masonry wall along with the steel blocks above it. But when I merged both the sections (masonry wall and steel blocks), some of the steel blocks did not get merged to the rest of the structure. Initially only a small portion of the structure got merged, then I tried the same and the merge area got increased, some portion of the steel blocks still not merged how you can see in the screenshot attached.
How can I merge the Whole structure?

If the geometry does not have any construction error it should merge without problems, please attach your *.SCD file (zipped) here. I will have a look and let you know
