I think you are referring to shear (instead of cut), and to torsion (instead of twist).
That being said, if in section.force you can only see N,My,Mz,T means that you are using an Euler Bernoulli beam.
Use a force beam column as an element property and a Section Aggregator. In the section Aggregator, you can use your original section, and you can add 2 elastic laws for shear in Y and Z.
They can be simply uniaxial material Elastic, where E = G*As, where G is the shear modulus, and As is the shear area (which for rectangular section is typically 5/6*A)
