can't run the model

I would like to ask about my building model
I made of 1-story wooden building model using bracing and hellical spring as a damper, but I can't run it with time history, and the results are always flat
is there something wrong with my model in STKO ?
and i want to attach file but i can't

Hi, we can take a look at your issue. Please send us the model (zip the STKO's SCD file and attach it using the link "Attachments-> Add files" as shown in the figure)
