You attached only an image... not the file.
However, from the error: it says that your matrix is singular. You should make sure your model is properly constrained

I've identified some inconsistencies in your model:

[1] The lateral ties lack assigned element properties (dispBeamColumn).
[2] Please choose the edges (excluding vertices) to assign interaction, physical, and element properties to line objects.
