how deal with following problem

It's saying that the model is singular. Double check your boundary conditions

Sorry sir, but I can't understand why the model is singular. The boundary condition is as following pictures. Did I make some mistakes?

The master node of the rigid diaphragms has 6 DOFs, but only 3 are constrained to the diaphragm (Ux, Uy, Rz).
So you have to fix the other 3
