STKO 3.1.0 crashes when opening files
STKO 3.1.0 crashes when opening files
Hello, I recently did a fresh install of STKO 3.1.0, with the latest solvers and the latest HDF5. My license was properly recognized. But after trying to open any previous models or example files, the External Solver Upgrade Report is displayed properly, and after a few seconds, STKO simply crashes, without any additional notices or warnings. Do you have any suggestions as to what could be causing this behaviour?

Could you please send us one of the files that crash upon opening? I have to try to reproduce the error

I solved the problem, it is not the cause of STKO. It turned out that it was only necessary to condition the use of the high performance NVIDIA processor setting when starting STKO.exe. Therefore, the problem is not related to a specific file. I suspected this by reading the STKO installation guide, which is really useful!
