Barslip Modeling with ASDEmbeddedNodeElement

Post by kesavapraba » Mon Jul 11, 2022 11:18 am

Dear STKO Team

Is it possible to model rebar slip behavior with ASDEmbeddedNodeElement? In one of his webinar series, Dr. Massimo mentioned that the embedded element can have bar slip behavior and that can be achieved by a Python script. Please help me to understand how it can be done in STKO. Thanks in advance.

It's difficult to explain how to do it in the Python XObject. However, we are planning to add this feature in the next release. It will be released the next week.

Stay tuned
