Geometry Import

Hi, I am using STKO in DesignSafe CI website.
I want to import an *.igs file. However, when I select Geometry -> Import and select the *.igs file from My Data, STKo disconnect and i lost the connection and a noVNC message is printed on screen.
Could you help me?
Really I want to convert a SAP2000 file to Tcl. I am exporting SAP2000 file to *.igs file and then trying to import the file into STKO

Probably the IGS is corrupted. Can you post it here so we try to import and see what happes?
