Non-convergence problem during analysis

I tried to model a shear plate and I got the following convergence error. Did I use wrong parameters? I modified the shear wall from the tutorial on youtube for this purpose.

The central point in your model (where you apply the load) is not connected to anything, thus the error about the numerical failure in the system of equations
