But I don not know how to set the parameters of Orthotropic material in the three-dimensional macro model of masonry wallboard.
I think I don't understand the meaning of parameter settings. The teaching example only showed the setting of the two-dimensional model.

I would not worry about the 3rd dimension. Are you modelling the structure as a shell?

Yes,I am modelling the structure as a shell.
But I don't know whether the parameter setting of Orthotropicmaterial is correct in the three-dimensional model. For example, I don't know whether to set asigmaxx, asigmayy or asigmazz. Can you help me check whether the setting direction is correct?

First, you have to set the orthotropic elasticity constants.
If you are not familiar with the Hook's Law for orthotropic material have a look here.
At the bottom you will find the stiffness of an orthotropic material. You just have to make sure that, with the input parameter you use, the Delta is > 0.

Then you have to set up the orthotropic strength coefficients.
Where, for example, AsigmaXX = Fxx_iso / Fxx_ortho
where Fxx_iso is the strength in X direction of the source isotropic material, and Fxx_ortho is the real strength in the same direction of the orthotropic material.

For example, assume you define a DamageTC3D which is isotropic, with the tensile strength Ft which is equal to the tensile strength of the orthotropic material in the X direction -> Ft = Fxx_ortho. Therefore, AsigmaXX = 1
Now immagine your orthotropic material, along the Y direction has a smaller strength, let's say Fyy_ortho = ft/2 -> AsigmaYY = Ft / Fyy_ortho = Ft / (Ft/2) = 2
