    It should work on Windows 10.

    Make sure hydra_pmi_proxy.exe and mpiexec.hydra.exe (in C:\OpenSees-Solvers\bin) are allowed by the firewall.
    Make sure the antivirus is not blocking anything in C:\OpenSees-Solvers.
    If you are not sure, download again the OpenSees-Solver installer, disable the antivirus, and install it again

    You mean WIN10pro is unable to use?
    I shut down the firewall and antivirus on the WIN10pro, The same problem arises.

    I mean that it should work without any problem on Windows 10. We only had some known issues with Windows 7.

    Did you try to re-install OpenSees-Solvers while the antivirus is OFF?

    Yes I did. In fact, it worked fine the first time I used it on my workstation, but when I used it again a week later, I found this error.

    Well this is strange, it means something happened during that week. probably some new software or some windows settings?
