Hi,
I have built this model but it gives me error saing "invalid number of nodes or element type". Actually I am not able to chatch where is the problem in the model.
I attached the model.
Thanks in advance

Re: Element error
Hi Antonella,
You got that error due to unstructured mesh and the use of the quad element. You need to use mesh controls and set up the structured mesh. Anyway, now you have a convergence problem.
Try to check your parameters. For me, the tensile fracture energy of concrete looks too high.
Try to look also the post-processor and see what is happening there.
Let us know if you have any trouble.
Best,
Valentina

Re: Element error
Thank you,
but the fracture energy is too high because it is a Fiber Rinforced Concrete so I can't low it.

Re: Element error
Ok, so it can be reasonable, then just try to see in the post-processor what is happening.
