Sir i know its not STKO related problem but it will be helpfull to me if i get this concept which i am finding great difficult in understanding.
In which direction the infill central node mass shall be assigned ?
I am little bit confused with the axes....

Thank you in advance

I do not really understand your question...
If you are using the STKO-automatism (MasonryInfillWallMaterial), you just input the gamma_inf, that is the wall density and it will take care of assigning the mass at the mid-node. The mass should be assigned in the DOF along the out-of-plane direction of the wall.
As I said, if you use the STKO automatism, it will automatically do that.

STKO does this:
N = [Nx Ny Nz] = out-of-plane normal unit-vector of the wall
M = (scalar) = Mass
NodalMass = [Mx My Mz] = abs(N) * M (note here I use the absolute values of Nx,Ny,Nz, because the mass will have no sign)

Now if your wall is placed in the X-Z plane, then the normal vector is the Y axis, so N = [0, 1, 0], so the nodalMass will be [0, M, 0]
