Why I cannot see the pile?

I built the model step by step from your webinar video, but when I finished the analysis, I loaded the results, I only could see the line represented the pile. I assigned the section to the pile. What should I set in the postprocessor?

Make sure "show beam extrusion" is turned on in the surface plot options.

I turned it on but it still invisible.

If you created the model from the STKO pre-processor, and you used an MPCRecorder analysis step (not manually via TCL scripting" you should have a file with the same name of your mpco recorder, but with the mpco.cdata extension.
Can you verify you have it? otherwise the beam extrusion won't be visible.

I downloaded this model from THE STKO website, I want to see the post processing module, but it just can't show the pile.
Can you help me to solve this problem?

I know. Do you have the .mpco.cdata (the highlighted one) file in your directory?

I don't have this file.
I found the description of the ".mpco.cdata" file in the STKO manual. But when I finished analysis, it didn't creat this file.
How can I deal with this problem?

Unfortunately, the file you attached is perfectly working on our side.
Are you sure you did not change anything in the file?

Can you show a screenshot of what files you have in the folder?

I re-downloaded the file from the official website without making any changes, but it is still the same.
Eventhouht there exised a ***.mpco.cdata file, I still can only see one thread.
