When trying to install the software I get the error depicted in the attached figure. Could you advise how to overcome this?

This kind of error can happen if
1) you are re-installing STKO while the previous installed version is running (is this the first time you install STKO?)
2) or if you don't have administrator rights on your PC (do you have administrator rights on the PC?)

if these are not the cases, try to download STKO again, probably the downloaded file got corrupted (or, like in my case, make sure you don't have an anti-virus that blocked the execution of the downloaded STKO installer)

I ran it as admin and it works now.

I am trying to add a screenshot and picture but it does not work.
Problem is that
I opened and run the STKO. But when I open it again it is unable to open and gives the error message as given below:
1.1.Exception during activation
"Activation limit exceeded for this key".

Please click on System Info button that appears in the window that shows the error. And post the code that you see
