No panic! That error is due to the fact that you assigned the wrong p.p. to the dispBeamElement.
For example, you cannot directly assign an Elastic Section or a Fiber Section or a Section Aggregator. You need to create a Physical Property -> Special Purpose -> Beam-Column ...
