Thank you for the quick reply.
After changed encoding from Shift-JIS to utf-8 it works to me.
The analysis can run now.
Interesting thing is that before I practice with ex4,
I was practing with some simple examples and they didn't show the error message.

Problem in the ex4 of e-Learning
Dear STKO Team,
I just started to study STKO with the e-Learning courses.
An error pops out when I run analysis with the ex4 in W3:
By removing the analysis steps, I believe the problem is in the 'load',
but I'm not sure what is the reason and how should I edit it.
