Dear STKO Team,
I could record the tangent with the custom element results section, thank you. I could not record the backbone curve, maybe because it is not a tensor but rather two vectors relating shear strain and Gs. In any case the backbone curve is always the same for a given element, so I ...

Re: how to get backbone curve from PDMY material
Dear STKO team,
Is it possible to extract backbone curves / tangent matrix with the .mpco recorder? I tried without success. It is indeed possible with the custom command and classic OpenSees recorder, but exploring the .hdf5 output files would be better for me.
Kind regards,
Sebastian

Re: Nothing to regenerate
Dear STKO Team,
Was the issue with the PDMY03 model partition solved? I am using this model in STKO. My model converges using 1 to 4 processors, but using more than that causes the model to crash at different stages.
Kind regards.

Re: Force from reaction generates unwanted high accelerations in elastoplastic models
Dear STKO Team
I solved this issue already using much simpler boundary conditions.
I have another question
I am using the RandomizedMaterialWrapper to map soil variabialities on the PDMY02 model and using setParameter command with a randonmaterial table to update permeabilities and match void ...

Re: Force from reaction generates unwanted high accelerations in elastoplastic models
I did not make myself clear enough. There are no convergence issues with the model I sent you. Please look at the .mpco file recorder_full. The first step of the dynamic analysis (stage 3, step 110) exhibits a very large unwanted acceleration, that contaminates the real dynamic load I imposed, which ...

Force from reaction generates unwanted high accelerations in elastoplastic models
Dear STKO Team,
I'm trying to implement a model very similar to what you did in the SSI Absorbing boundaries webinar:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OGII3a0gQqI&lc=UgxjwesYBOlQmavuuKl4AaABAg.9o40HQGLF0w9o7CFo_yJmP
The differences are that the geometry is in 2D, and I am not using viscous damping ...

Dear STKO Team,
Do you have an estimated date for the update of the ASDA Absorbing Boundary?
Kind regards,
Sebastián

Re: Map 3D Soil Variabilities into STKO soil model
Looking forward to it
in the meantime I can try other boundary conditions.
Kind regards.

Re: Map 3D Soil Variabilities into STKO soil model
Dear STKO Team,
Thank you for taking into account my suggestion :).
Here is the file .scd and .rmt files for a PDMY model with a ricker wavelet. I used a cfactor of 3 so the acceleration input is 3g. I noticed undesired amplifications occur in the boundaries with such a big input, and they are ...

Re: Map 3D Soil Variabilities into STKO soil model
That was definitely not intuitive  It worked well though, thank you very much for all your answers :)
For the time being I won't try more complex models but rather optimize what I have done, but I have some last questions.
