Thank you so much for your timely help and suggestions. Now I understand why displacement is coming very small. I also came across spectral displacement graph which also shows very small displacement for very stiff system.

I am consistent with the units and I have checked it dozens of time. As you mentioned, I am using 9810 mm/Sec^2 as a gravitational acceleration and I am sure that there is no error in unit system.
It would be great if you can help me out of this.
