I tried your model with another GaussRandMaterialTable and it seems to work really well.
Are you sure the values you have in your GaussRandMatTableMaker.py are the same as those in the DamageTC3D?
I'm pretty sure in the python file you have higher values from another analysis

The model works with some tolerance errors on the displacement but i think i can accept it. It's fine because 1.0E-7 in meters is pretty small as an absolute error. I also have a question, is it possible to get the response and fourier spectrum in the outputs? Not as a built-in command, but you can...

Exactly, only if you use Node-to-node and "From Local Axes" option you have to follow the rule:
